Prime viewing for the Bay Bridge, lot with more lights than the Eiffel Tower, is at 8:30pm tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5.
For Nob Hillers, closest viewing spots are Top of the Mark (Cathedral Hill) and The Fairmont. Not as close is Coit Tower, Pier 39, and the benches near The Ferry Building.
